HOW CARDBOARDCX WORKS
There is a connector for Genesys PureConnect & Mitel MiCC to display the statistics you need.
We never collect or store your data.
CardBoard only shows the available data from the server to a screen specified by you.
You can endlessly duplicate your dashboard (s) on different screens.
