3Fiftynine brings PureCloud to RRS

After 3Fiftynine already sold smore than 600 seats on Genesys PureCloud licenses in 2019, we are proud to present another new PureCloud customer.

RRS (Riool Reinings Service) wil migrate to the Genesys PureCloud platform. RRS was founded in 1972 and is the marketleader in the sewer cleaning business within the Netherlands. The organisation has a clear view on the future and invests in people and technology.

Together with 3Fiftynine, RRS wil implement the advanced Omnichannel features and make use of the newest technologies in the contact center, which is spread over the 11 RRS locations. The PureCloud platform will be seamlessly integrated with the In-house RRS CRM system.

The Genesys PureCloud platform is technically the most advanced Cloud product for Contact Centers and uses things like AI (Artificial Intellegence) and new intelligent routing like the unique Bullseye routing. A big ‘Thank You’ goes to the 3Fiftynine and Genesys engineers for the assistance and consultancy in this project.
